3. Artificial Intelligence and message processing

Messages processed by AI agents are sent to language model providers (such as OpenAI) to generate responses. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and do not use data for model training when consumed via API.

Conversations are stored on the platform for history, CRM, and workflow/automation functionality configured by you.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Infrastructure providers: servers and hosting services to keep the platform running.
• AI providers: OpenAI and other models configured by you, to process agent messages.
• Payment gateway: Stripe, to process charges.
• Legal obligations: when required by law, court order, or competent authority.

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS/SSL). We implement technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction of data.

Access to data within the platform is controlled by granular permissions configurable by the account administrator.

We retain your data while your account is active. After cancellation, your data is retained for up to 30 days to allow reactivation. After this period, data is permanently deleted, except when there is a legal obligation for retention.
